Tracey has over 30 years of successful leadership experience creating significant value to the healthcare technology and services industry working with all stakeholder segments. Tracey thrives on leading organizations to create, measure, and grow targeted solution offerings to market needs. Tracey has worked in both private and public companies with a passion for start-up organizations serving a community purpose. Tracey is passionate about making health care accessible and better for everyone by leveraging technology and people together where it results in healthier communities across the United States.
Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband traveling, especially when it includes creating memorable experiences with their children and significant others.
James Stotz, CPA
Jim brings over 25 years of leadership experience managing the financial operations of professional service organizations within the Fortune 500 and nonprofit sectors. He has a career-long success record of developing financial tools, metrics, and strategies designed to achieve a vision of successful growth, supported by timely financial transparency, optimal customer service, and elevated communication. As a mission driven leader, he is passionate about the value that BRIDGE brings to community-based organizations throughout the United States.
Jim, his wife Suzanne and son Ryan, enjoy traveling and learning about new cultures, skiing in the Rockies and exploring the beautiful state of Colorado.
Dorothy has more than 20 years of healthcare operations experience as an innovative and transformational leader. Dorothy successfully leads teams of dispersed resources across the country based on effective leadership practices and a focus on metrics-based results. Dorothy also prides herself on working within the public health sector to maximize the mission of the organizations she works with. Dorothy’s specialized areas of expertise are revenue cycle management, business continuity and development, system interoperability, and workflow integration.
Dorothy and her husband Jeff enjoy exploring the beautiful state of Colorado along with their two children and two dogs.
Shelby is an accomplished IT leader with over 30 years of experience helping organizations identify and implement technology that supports business goals, organization growth, and changes in technology, while cost effectively improving productivity. He has a wide range of experience managing IT programs, teams, and projects that include IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS using Agile and PMP project management methodologies.
Shelby enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, and soccer.
Director of Technology Operations
Adam has 15 years of information technology experience and has been in the healthcare industry for 10 years. Adam is exceptional at identifying value-based technologies and solutions to solve chronic organization and system problems which result in increased operational efficiencies. Adam has a wide range of experience including software development, system management, and end user experience.
Adam enjoys spending time with his family and tinkering.
Security & Compliance Officer
Kevin has worked in the field of IT since 1995 and has specialized in healthcare IT since 1999. Kevin combines an education in Psychology with certifications in CISSP, HCISPP, Security+, Network+, Linux+, and A+ making him a unique leadership asset for security and compliance. Kevin oversees the protection of client information systems both internally and externally for customers by employing industry best practices to help organizations meet their compliance and risk management objectives.
Kevin is passionate about clean energy – driving an electric car and powering his house by the sun.
Director of Client Services
Jennifer has been a successful organization leader for the last seven years and has worked in the non-profit healthcare industry since 2005. Jennifer is passionate about customer service and partnering with our clients to find creative solutions, new services, and products that meet their business and clinical needs to be effective healthcare providers.
Jennifer lives in beautiful southern Colorado with her partner, 2 dogs, 7 chickens, and 1 rooster.
Senior Director of Revenue Consulting Services
Jana has over 25 years of health care experience working in the areas of revenue cycle management and operation improvements. Jana is a collaborative leader who is rewarded each time her team supports BRIDGE clients in accomplishing their organizational goals. Jana is a NextGen Practice Management Certified Professional and active member of the AAPC.
Originally from Nebraska, Jana enjoys cheering on the Huskers and traveling with family and friends.
MPA – Director of Revenue Consulting
Michele is a Certified NextGen Professional with 10 years’ experience consulting in the healthcare provider industry. Michele is also a recognized worklog manager expert within the NextGen community. She enjoys joining forces with healthcare clients on long- and short-term implementations, special projects, advanced NextGen Practice Management functionality, and post implementation revenue cycle management projects. Michele has been an office manager for a large cardiac practice comprised of 60 providers and 30 locations and a successful implementation specialist for ambulatory surgery centers.
Michele enjoys spending time with family, creating handmade cards, and traveling.
Director of CBO
TK has worked in medical billing and collections for over 15 years. She has experience leading a startup central billing office from 5 employees to more than 150 in less than 8 years. She enjoys creating efficiencies and growing strong team members to provide exceptional service with increased revenue results to her clients.
TK lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and daughter. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys boating, hiking, and traveling.
Miranda has over 5 years of experience as an administrative professional, working in healthcare, for-profit and non-profit organizations. She is proud to represent and provide high-level administrative support to the office of the Chief Executive Officer. As part of that support she actively participates as a member of the senior leadership team. Miranda is an advocate in the overall culture, vision and values of BRIDGE.
Originally from Omaha, NE, Miranda and her boyfriend Nash love embracing all Colorado has to offer. They love the local brewery scene, hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains, and catching a concert at Red Rocks!
