Lynze has more than 15 year of experience in the IT healthcare industry. She specializes in healthcare software, clinical workflows, revenue cycle management, and medical coding and auditing. For nearly a decade, she has advised clients on implementation of efficient processes and best practices that drive organizational success. As a subject matter expert with broad industry expertise, Lynze partners with healthcare organizations to develop strategic solutions that optimize operations and enhance patient care outcomes.

Tanya has more than 15 years of progressive corporate human resources experience. She is responsible for leading BRIDGE’s human resources strategy from talent acquisition and onboarding through employee and leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and policy implementation. Tanya’s vision for BRIDGE human resources is to establish an impactful program that fosters a culture supportive of the aspirations of our employees as well as our strategic goals.

A pioneer in health information technology for more than two decades, Lindsey combines expertise in health informatics with sharp business instincts and vision. Her unique approach to leadership draws in equal parts on the strength of systems and technology to facilitate human connection as we confront healthcare’s toughest challenges. A 2018 Geiger Gibson Health Policy Program Fellow at the George Washington University Milken Institute of Public Health, she is passionate about focusing technological innovation and data science to reshape policy and improve our nation’s systems to serve all. Lindsey has a bachelor’s in health administration and an MBA from Concordia University.

Jana has been a leader in healthcare revenue cycle management and operational improvement for more than 30 years. A certified NextGen Practice Management professional, Jana oversees BRIDGE’s Client Success Program that includes subspecialties in Credentialing, Workflow Analysis, and Coding Audits, as well as general consulting and deep forensics. She is adept at partnering with clients to develop tailored end-to-end financial solutions that optimize reimbursement.

Dorothy has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare operations. Since BRIDGE’s founding in 2011, she has provided steady leadership and singular focus on metrics-based results that advance our strategic goals. Her command of revenue cycle management, business continuity and development, system interoperability, and workflow integration has enabled BRIDGE to diversify into new markets supporting nonprofit healthcare organizations across the nation.

Ben’s experience in healthcare IT spans more than 18 years—with 10 of those years in leadership roles. Ben has worked with solo-provider medical clinics and small rural health centers, major urban community health centers and complex, networked electronic health record (EHR) hosting environments including NextGen, Epic, Greenway, eClinicalWorks, and Athena. He has led large teams in successful multi-million-dollar health IT implementations serving thousands of providers and millions of patients in the healthcare safety net.

Kristin Nenezian

Kristin has a decade of experience in non-profit healthcare accounting and finance, with a career spanning both the provider and insurance sectors. Her background includes hands-on work in revenue cycle management, where she navigated the challenges of provider enrollment, billing, and collections. In 2020, Kristin transitioned into the insurance space, where she led efforts to modernize outdated systems and gained a deeper understanding of the healthcare system. She has a passion for building dynamic spreadsheets and dashboards.

Kevin entered the healthcare information technology field in 1999, and has headed BRIDGE’s cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance initiatives since our founding in 2011. Today, he leads a nationwide team of professionals dedicated to helping clients adopt industry best practices that support stringent healthcare compliance, risk management objectives, and accreditation requirements. Kevin earned a degree in psychology as well as certifications in CISSP, HCISPP, Security+, Network+, Linux+, and A+.

Troy has more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare management with expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM) operations and the NextGen applications suite. She specializes in workflow management, revenue gap closures, and client data forensics for BRIDGE clients. Her superpower lies in partnering with clients to ensure they feel heard and supported while guiding them to leverage technology and valuable insights drawn from their own data to drive sustainable growth and successfully meet their organizational goals.

Adam has been an IT professional for more than 15 years, with the last decade spent in healthcare. His experience spans software development, system management, and end user experience, providing both direct frontline and systems-level understanding of IT networks. Adam joined the BRIDGE team in 2016, and assumed leadership of IT Operations in 2017, applying exceptional skill in scaling operational efficiencies that use value-based technologies to address chronic systemic problems.

TK has worked in medical billing and collections for more than 20 years. She has experience growing a startup CBO from five employees to more than 150 in less than eight years. She enjoys creating efficiencies in billing systems as well as mentoring and developing strong team members to provide exceptional service and increase revenue for BRIDGE clients.
